My wife and I just spent one of the most enjoyable weeks of our life taking part in the
Tuscany, Truffles, Cooking and Wine…in the Villa Schiatti.
We sampled local wine, cheese, salame and pasta, and hunted truffles with a local pro and
his dog. And to top things off we participated in several “hands-on” cooking classes during
the week. In short, we had a blast.
Why? Because Allen and his staff/team created a warm welcoming environment, provided
timely information about the week’s activities, assisted in the cooking classes, made sure
that we had plenty of local wine to sip before, during and after the activities. And last but
not least they served truly extraordinary food at every meal every day.
